Data Deletion Instructions

1. Introduction
Traction by Tightrope Studio ("Traction," "we," "us," or "our") respects your right to control your data. You may request deletion of your Traction account data, business profile data, content drafts, connected platform data, and any integration-related records we hold on your behalf. This page explains exactly what can be deleted and how to make the request.
2. What data can be deleted
On request, we can delete the following:
- Traction account information
- Business profile and brand information
- Content drafts, captions, campaigns, and media generated or stored in Traction
- Lead, pipeline, follow-up, and revenue records you entered
- Connected platform data from LinkedIn, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Google, Stripe, and email/newsletter tools
- OAuth connection records and stored integration tokens, where applicable
3. How to request deletion
To request deletion of your account data or connected platform data, email casey@tightropestudio.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please include the email address associated with your Traction account and specify whether you want your full account deleted or only a specific connected platform disconnected/deleted.
4. Meta/Facebook/Instagram data deletion
If you connected a Meta, Facebook, or Instagram account to Traction, you may request deletion of any Meta-related data we received through Meta's OAuth flow, including connected Page information, Page IDs, Instagram Business account connection status, and permissions-related connection records. We do not sell Meta user data.
5. Processing timeline
We will process deletion requests in accordance with applicable law and platform requirements. We may need to verify account ownership before deleting data.
6. Disconnecting accounts
You may also disconnect connected accounts directly from the Traction Connections page when available. Disconnecting an account stops further data sharing with that platform, but emailing a deletion request is the official path to have stored data removed from Traction.
